How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you – via our website, email or phone – for one of the following reasons:

- Your architect will forward your details to us so we are able to contact you regarding your request
We use the information that you have given us in order to provide you with the relevant requested information or a quote.

We may be required to share your information with our Quantity Surveyor and other relevant involved parties, such as Building Control within your local county council regarding planning permission for works to be carried out on your property.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on password-protected company computers and locked cabinets at Quantum Building head office (address at the top of this document). In both cases, only the relevant employees of Quantum Building will have access to the data.
We keep your full name, contact details and the address (where work is to be carried out by Quantum building) for a period of up to ten years. We will then dispose of your information by means of an in-house shredder and/or third-party incinerator.

Changes to this privacy policy
Quantum Building reserves the right to change this privacy policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the website and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the privacy policy on your first use of the website following the alterations.
